Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the item(s),
  • and packaging images.

We will gladly assist with a replacement or suitable resolution where applicable.
